President's Message
As the marching season comes to a close, I am humbled by the commitment of our students, parents and staff, who have made this, my last marching season as a band parent, incredibly memorable and meaningful. The work, however, is not over. There is still the State competition, numerous band gigs, concerts and fundraisers to attend and support. Additionally, for those who are able to give that "extra bit of time" (quite the understatement), please consider a position in parent leadership. Band parent board nominations and elections will occur in the spring. If there is a position you are interested in running for, please approach the current board member to ask questions. Many single positions can have their duties split among many parents, making the load a little less for everyone. For more information on what each position involves, please email me at president@parkvistaband.com and I will provide you with information and/or direct you to the appropriate parent volunteer. Remember, it takes a village and we have a BIG one!! The future success of this program is up to YOU!!
Warm regards,
Lorraine

This will be the band's final competition of the season and it is their time to show off the results of all of their hard work! It will be an all-day event hosted at Jupiter High School.
