July Update - 1
Good afternoon band families,
Happy July! We are a little under 3 weeks from camp, so I wanted to take a moment to 1.) check in, and 2.) send a couple reminders.
Reminders:

Paperwork that is due on or before July 22 (day 1 of camp): Fair share agreement, physical form, medical authorization for field trip form, and physician authorization forms for meds.

Fees due on or before July 22 (day 1 of camp - yes FLA Live counts!!): Merch fees $222 for seniors, $87 for returning members (unless new polo/shoes were ordered), $207 for new members.

I will be at PVHS tomorrow, July 3, from 9AM-12PM if anyone would like to drop off forms and fees. PVHS is also open 7AM-4PM M-Th to drop off items to the front office. Please let them know to put any forms/fees in Ms. Murthy's or Mr. Rodriguez's mailbox.
