Meeting 1 Recap and Important Forms
Hello Band Family!
First - it was SO lovely and refreshing to see so many of you in-person and virtually at the meeting last night. For our new families, welcome, you are about to have the (craziest yet most amazing) time of your life, for our returning families, thank you for staying with us and believing in a bright future (which we are off to a GREAT start!).
Couple of things in this email, first of which being the recording of our meeting last night - please feel free to watch, rewatch, etc. MB Meeting 1
Thing 2: Attached to this email are all the forms that were handed out at the meeting including our season schedule, please make sure we are adhering to deadlines and required material, including the participation contract (Also on the HUB). PVMB 24 Forms
Thing 3: Parent team nominations! Beyond our students and what we do as directors, parent involvement is CRUCIAL! Even if not named positions, we need everyone to volunteer (from fruit cutting to washcloths and more!) simply because our students need this! :) Here is the link to nominate which parents you believe should represent the parent team to organize committees - are all welcome to apply, job descriptions are attached! This will be due by this Saturday so we can send out voting information. Parent Team Nominations

Thing 5: This is a lot of information, and that's ok if you're feeling a little whelmed!! Please peruse our band website and parent HUB (both linked in my email signature) and reach out if you have ANY questions! We are so excited for this year!!
