PVHS Marching Band Weekly Comms (PT 1): Boca Invitational,Parent Meeting, Guard, Spirit Wear

Hello Band Family!

Attached are this week's communications (part 1) AND the itinerary for this Saturday in preparation for Boca High School's Invitational.

For the newbies, if you were able to participate in any way, either as spectator or volunteer, we hope that it provided you a bit more insight to just what a production marching band is! :)

As a follow-up to that, THANK YOU to all the volunteers who helped load/unload equipment, push/pull pit items, fix uniform needs onsite, provide bandaids as needed, drag around carts, outfit the kids with their shakos/plumes, escorting them to/from the buses, ensuring they got fed, etc, etc, etc!  You are appreciated, you are valued, you are amazing!  Truly ONE BAND, ONE FAMILY!

As a follow up to THAT, we still need additional help as many hands make light(er) work.  It certainly takes a village for this bunch!  Please go to Charms and help with one of many of the roles available.  Props, percussion, chaperoning, concessions, washing, hemming, etc, etc, etc. TYIA!

As always, let us know if you have any questions, comments or concerns.
