Response Required: From the Desk of the Directors and for all London Participants: Insurance Policy Booklet
Dear London participants,
Attached is a copy of the travel insurance booklet detailing the policy that is included in your travel and performance program, with details of the exclusions and conditions.
We ask that you have a quick read of the policy and let us know if you have any questions.
If any passengers aged 71 years or over, on the date of departure, are traveling, you will be required to pay a supplement of $50.00 if you wish to be included in the policy. Please send us your name (or the name of anyone in your party that is signed up to participate as well) if you wish to be included and we will make a note to ensure billing and receipt of payment.
In the event that a claim needs to be made, a copy of the claims form will be needed. Let us know and we will get that for you from the travel company. All claims will be dealt with by a third party professional claims company based in Pennsylvania, USA.
Please note that there is a deductible charge for some claims. This is $400 in respect of any claim under sections 1 & 2 of the policy and $150 in respect of section 4.
The policy is live as of October 1, 2023 and it is required by the insurers to ensure that every person travelling in our party has a copy of this document, so you are fully aware of the terms and conditions.
Our passenger manifest will be provided to the insurers as proof that everyone on the list is covered under this policy.
