PVHS Band Announcements

  Dear London participants, Attached is a copy of the travel insurance booklet detailing the policy that is included in your travel and performance program, with details of the exclusions and conditions.   We ask that you have a quick read of the policy and let us know if you have any questions.   If any passengers aged 71 years or over, on the date of departure, are traveling, you will be required to pay a supplement of $50.00 if you wish to be included in the policy. Please send us your name (or the name of anyone in your party that is signed up to participate as well)  if you wish to be included and we will make a note to ensure billing and receipt of payment.   In the event that a claim needs to be made, a copy of the claims form will be needed.  Let us know and we will get that for you from the travel company. Some of you are anxiously awaiting info for BOA in Orlando - we are obtaining/still gathering all details and will share as soon as possible so you can plan accordingly.  We promise. :) Volunteer positions will be posted this evening and a calendar invite will be sent out this evening with an updated itinerary for next weekend's competition at Flanagan.   Hello Band Family! Earlier this week we sent out this week's itinerary highlighting events scheduled for tonight's curriculum pep rally and Thursday night's football game. We anticipate everything to run smoothly. However, as it stands right now, Thursday's football game may be compromised as we are still in need of 19 volunteers for many positions ranging from chaperone to a variety of concessions and helping percussion. Hello Band Family, Please see the attached order form for the Volunteer shirts that will be required for all chaperones and volunteers to wear at our functions.  Band students will NOT need one.  The deadline to order these shirts is September 15. Shirts are $5 each.  You can order as many as you need.  If you are prone to sweating, you may want to buy an extra one (for Invitational that is an all-day affair).
